Bodyshop Technician

Carrxpert St-Rémi, based in Saint-Rémi, Quebec, is seeking an experienced dent remover to join our workshop dedicated to vehicle aesthetic repairs. Part of the CarrXpert network, you will work in an environment focused on excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction, with state-of-the-art tools and methods.

Minimum experience: 2 years in dent removal.

Main responsibilities:

• Perform Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) on a variety of vehicles and bodywork.
• Assess damages, determine the best repair method, and estimate the work to be done.
• Prepare surfaces and carry out repairs, ensuring flawless finishes.
• Use and maintain PDR tools and equipment (pulling tools, adhesives, dollies, etc.) with rigor and safety.
• Control the quality of repairs and prepare the vehicle for delivery to the customer or the body shop team.
• Collaborate with other technicians and estimators to optimize timelines and customer satisfaction.
• Keep a clean, organized workstation in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in dent removal.
• Mastery of Paintless Dent Repair techniques and specialized tools.
• Manual dexterity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly assess damages and suggest suitable solutions.
• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit; customer service orientation.
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
