As a Parts Sales Clerk / Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers professionally and courteously, identifying their needs for parts and accessories.
• Providing technical advice and detailed product information to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Managing inventory of parts, ensuring that stock is always up-to-date and completing necessary orders.
• Collaborating with the service team to ensure a smooth workflow and offering tailored solutions to customer needs.
• Participating in the organization and display of products in-store to maximize sales.
• Following up after sales to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage brand loyalty.

The qualifications required for this position include:

• Passion and knowledge of Ford products and the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-sufficient.
• Basic computer skills, including inventory management and sales systems.
• Previous experience in a similar role would be an asset, but we are also open to candidates eager to learn and advance in the field.
