Service Advisor

We are looking for a passionate Technical Advisor to join our dynamic team at Audi Anjou. As a Technical Advisor, you will be a key element in our customer relations, ensuring an exceptional service experience while conveying the quality and image of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality technical advice on Audi vehicles, ensuring each client receives accurate and relevant information.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues encountered by customers efficiently and professionally.
• Work closely with sales and maintenance teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
• Train and inform staff about new products and technologies.
• Follow up on customer requests and feedback, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse clientele.
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with different departments.
• Solid technical knowledge of cars, especially regarding new automotive technologies.
• Technical certification in the automotive field would be an asset.
