Job description:
- Greet customers at the dealership and assess their needs (new or used vehicles);
- Advise customers on models, options, promotions, and financing or leasing programs;
- Conduct and accompany test drives;
- Present prices, negotiate sales conditions, and close transactions;
- Prepare and complete the required sales documents;
- Follow up before, during, and after vehicle delivery to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Develop and maintain a trusting relationship with customers (loyalty);
- Achieve or surpass the monthly sales targets set by management;
- Update customer records in the CRM and ensure diligent follow-up;
- Collaborate with the finance, service, and delivery departments;
- Stay informed about new models, technologies, and manufacturer programs;
- Comply with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.
Systems Used:
- Serti / Merlin;
- Vauto;
- InFord;
- Carfax.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of Ford sales experience;
- Good team spirit;
- Autonomy and motivation;
- Punctuality;
- Valid driver’s license.
