Sales Consultant

Les Moteurs Décarie, heirs to a passion of over 70 years, are the only Jaguar and Land Rover dealership on the island of Montreal and the only Aston Martin and Bentley dealer in eastern Canada. As part of our growth and culture of excellence, we are looking for a Used Vehicle Sales Advisor. Main Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assess their needs to offer the best solutions for certified used Jaguar, Land Rover, Aston Martin, or Bentley vehicles.
• Conduct demonstrations and test drives, highlight features, options, and warranties, and advise on financing and protection solutions.
• Verify vehicle history and certification, prepare technical sheets and attractive proposals, and ensure transparency throughout the purchasing process.
• Manage the entire sales cycle: negotiation, proposal development, documentation, and coordination with financing and service teams.
• Follow up after the sale, build customer loyalty, and develop a relational portfolio by generating referral opportunities.
• Keep the CRM updated, stay informed about the used vehicle market, and contribute to growing the customer base.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.

Profile

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in vehicle sales, ideally in the used and/or luxury vehicle sector.
• Excellent customer service, communication, negotiation, and closing skills; results-oriented and detail-focused.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite; ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
• Bilingual French/English is considered an asset; ability to operate in a service-oriented environment and conduct demonstrations and test drives.
• Valid driver’s license and availability for occasional demonstrations and after-sales services.
