Mechanic / Technician

Job Description As a Mechanic / Technician, you will perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Mercedes-Benz vehicles and associated systems, adhering to warranty procedures and safety standards. You will work in collaboration with the after-sales team to ensure an efficient and professional customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Diagnose breakdowns and interpret error codes using computerized tools and specialized equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Replace defective parts, make final adjustments, and conduct operational tests.
• Maintain the shop’s order and cleanliness, and document interventions in the management system.
• Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow safety procedures, warranty requirements, and deadlines.

Requirements and Skills

• Degree in automotive mechanics or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive mechanics.
• Knowledge of modern systems (electronic, injection, braking, transmission).
• Ability to read technical diagrams and use diagnostic tools.
• Good team spirit, customer service orientation, and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Fluent in French; English is an asset.
