Financial Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to occupy the role of Director of Financial Services at Subaru Repentigny, in order to lead the sale and management of financial products related to our vehicles. This position is dedicated to the sale of insurance, loans, and automotive warranties.

Required Experience

• Minimum of one year of experience in selling insurance, loans, and automotive warranties.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the team responsible for offering tailored financial solutions to each client.
• Set sales objectives and develop action plans to achieve them, while ensuring exemplary customer service.
• Train and support team members in their technical and interpersonal skills.
• Ensure compliance with practices, adherence to internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with insurers and lenders to offer competitive and appropriate solutions.
• Analyze performance using simple indicators and prepare reports for management.
• Collaborate with other departments (sales, after-sales service) to optimize the customer experience and profitability.
