Hawkesbury Cadillac Chevrolet Buick GMC, a dealership located in Hawkesbury, Ontario, is seeking a Used Vehicle Sales Representative to join its dynamic team.

If you are passionate about automobiles, customer service-oriented, and motivated by goals, this position is for you. Minimum required experience: 1 year in used vehicle sales or automotive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs to offer appropriate solutions.
• Present, demonstrate, and test used vehicles based on customer expectations.
• Prepare and present offers, negotiate sales terms, and close transactions transparently.
• Maintain the showroom and customer relationship management (CRM) system up to date; ensure regular follow-up with customers.
• Achieve and contribute to meeting individual and team sales goals.

Desired Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in used vehicle sales or automotive sales.
• Valid driver's license required
• OMVIC CERTIFICATE required
• Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
• Team spirit, autonomy, organization, and ability to handle multiple files simultaneously.
• Results-oriented, adaptable to a dynamic environment, and capable of reaching objectives.
• Bilingual French/English.
