Director of Rental Operations

HGrégoire is currently seeking a Director of Rental Operations to oversee the development, strategy, and performance of rental activities across all its dealerships.

Terms:

• Full-time, Permanent;
• In-person;
• Based at HGrégoire St-Eustache facilities;
• Competitive salary composed of a base salary and performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the rental contract portfolio and ensure follow-up on deadlines, renewals, and early terminations;
• Develop and implement loyalty strategies to maximize contract renewals and acquire new rental agreements;
• Support, train, and assist sales advisors on rental programs, including residual values, financing rates, and various rental scenarios;
• Collaborate closely with the finance (F&I) department to structure competitive and compliant rental offers;
• Stay informed about manufacturer rental programs, promotions, rates, and residual values;
• Analyze rental portfolio performance and produce necessary reports;
• Contribute to achieving rental growth and dealership profitability objectives;
• Work collaboratively with different departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in car leasing;
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, at an intermediate-advanced level to communicate with our exclusively French-speaking clientele and our large English-speaking clientele;
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or a related field (an asset);
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients or rental contracts (a significant asset);
• Proficiency with CRM software and automotive transaction management tools;
• Excellent negotiation, customer service, and communication skills;
• Ability to analyze financial data and propose solutions tailored to customer needs;
• Valid driver's license;
• Team spirit, autonomy, and organizational skills.
