Shop Foreman / Supervisor

Boisvert Ford, located in Boucherville, Quebec, is seeking an experienced Workshop Foreman / Supervisor to lead our automotive and heavy truck repair shop. This position offers a dynamic environment, a strong training culture, and an approach focused on safety, quality, and skills development.

Main responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily shop activities, including repairs and maintenance of heavy trucks and automobiles.
• Plan work orders, assign tasks, prioritize interventions, and ensure deadlines, budgets, and safety and quality standards are met.
• Monitor productivity and performance indicators; propose and implement process and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Boisvert Ford's policies and procedures and adhere to safety standards.

Profile / Qualifications

• Heavy truck and automotive mechanical experience: 1 year required.
• Supervisory or team management experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage priorities.
• Valid driver's license; availability as needed.
• Fluent in French; knowledge of English considered an asset.
