Within the sales team, the New Vehicle Finance Manager generates additional income for the dealership by selling financing and insurance programs, as well as other suitable after-sales products and services to customers purchasing new vehicles.
Your main responsibilities Complete financing applications and offer life and health insurance, various protections, maintenance plans by providing detailed explanations to sell the products; Explain in detail to customers the terms of service and the policies of the manufacturer and the dealership; Efficiently fill out forms related to vehicle sales and rentals when required; Register vehicles via SAAQclic; Perform standard checks on purchased or traded-in vehicles with the Personal, Real, and Movable Rights Registry (RDPRM) and relay information to the sales manager and/or controller; Ensure the accuracy of information on the sales or lease contract.
Ability to work as a team; Ability to work within tight deadlines; Listening skills and empathy; Excellent communication skills; Strong sales abilities: Results-oriented and customer service focused; Organizational and planning skills.
Experience as a finance manager; High School Diploma (DES) or a combination of studies and work experience deemed relevant; Possess a valid driver’s license.
