Are you passionate about cars and enjoy providing quality customer service? Infiniti Laval is looking for a Parts Clerk to join its team and support the operations of the Infiniti and INEOS Grenadier brands.

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual who wants to work in a stimulating environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable on the phone, knows how to establish good contact with customers, understands the importance of offering quality service, and has a good eye for detail.

Terms:

Full-time, Permanent On-site From Infiniti Laval facilities Competitive salary between $30 and $42 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

Sell auto parts at the counter, through the workshop, or by phone; Advise customers and meet the needs of Infiniti and INEOS Grenadier clients in French and English; Provide high-quality customer service to both internal and external clients; Inform customers about parts, accessories, and current promotions; Educate customers on the full range of offered products; Respond effectively to phone calls; Make follow-up and solicitation calls to regular clients.

Requirements:

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the automotive field (mandatory); Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written (intermediate to advanced level), to meet the needs of both French-speaking and English-speaking customers; Excellent communication skills over the phone and ability to offer courteous and professional service; Excellent customer service skills; Autonomy, resourcefulness, and initiative. Knowledge of the CDK system (an asset);
