We are looking for an internal sales representative – Kubota products – to welcome customers, understand their needs, and assist them in choosing suitable equipment, accessories, and solutions.
In this role, you will be at the heart of the customer experience in the dealership. You will have the opportunity to advise a diverse clientele, present recognized products, prepare quotes, and follow up as needed to advance sales files.
This position is suitable for someone who enjoys customer contact, advisory sales, quality equipment, and teamwork.
• Welcome and advise customers in-store, by phone, and via email. • Understand their needs and propose appropriate equipment, options, accessories, or solutions. • Present and highlight the offered products, including Kubota, Greenworks Commercial, and Maxi-Roule trailers. • Prepare quotes, follow up, and diligently manage cases. • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. • Keep customer information and tracking tools up to date. • Collaborate with internal teams: administration, financing, service, parts, workshop, delivery, and accounting. • Contribute to a clean, professional, and attractive showroom.
• Experience in sales, advisory sales, or customer service. • Interest in agricultural, commercial, residential, or related equipment. • Excellent customer service and professional approach. • Rigor in follow-ups, quotes, and administrative tasks. • Proficiency with computers, emails, management systems, and Excel. • Ability to quickly learn products and internal tools. • Bilingual in French and English is important, considering part of the clientele is English-speaking. • Proactive, collaborative attitude, and solution-oriented.
• Permanent full-time position. • In-person work in Sutton (soon in Cowansville, in new and modern facilities). • Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. • One Saturday every three weeks, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., rotating with the team.
