Mechanic / Technician

Rive Sud Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Inc., in Brossard, Quebec, is looking for an experienced Mechanic / Technician, ideally with expertise in electrical/electronics, to join its dynamic and customer service-oriented team.

Main Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles of the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Fiat brands according to manufacturer standards.
• Perform electrical and electronic diagnostics using specialized tools and interpret diagrams and service manuals.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and necessary repairs while respecting deadlines and quality standards.
• Accurately document interventions and parts used, and track work orders.
• Work closely with service advisors and the workshop team to optimize the customer experience.
• Follow safety procedures, internal policies, and requirements regarding vehicle reliability and resale.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive mechanics.
• Preference given to expertise in electrical diagnostics and electrical/electronic systems.
• Vocational diploma (DEP) or equivalent in automotive mechanics (or equivalent experience).
• Valid driver's license.
• Team spirit, customer service orientation, and ability to work in a results-oriented environment.
