Service Advisor

As Technical Advisor at Repentigny Chevrolet Buick GMC, you will play an essential role in assisting and guiding our customers while contributing to the prestigious brand image of our dealership. You will be responsible for providing technical advice on our vehicles, including the Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC brands, and you will ensure customer satisfaction through your expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess customers' needs and provide tailored recommendations based on their requirements.
• Assist customers by explaining the technical features of the vehicles and addressing their concerns.
• Collaborate with the after-sales service team to ensure continuity and quality of service.
• Participate in updating knowledge on new models, technologies, and financing systems.
• Keep customer records up to date and provide proactive follow-up on sales opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role in the automotive industry.
