Longueuil Kia, a dealership located in Longueuil, Quebec, is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Used Vehicle Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. Main Responsibilities

  • Greet, qualify, and advise customers in their search for used vehicles.
  • Present, demonstrate, and conduct test drives of vehicles, highlighting features, options, and warranties.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and financing presentations; explain available options and conditions.
  • Negotiate sales terms with transparency and adherence to internal procedures.
  • Draft and finalize sales and financing documents; follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with after-sales and finance teams to provide a complete and seamless customer experience.
  • Keep the showroom and used vehicle inventory clean and up to date; ensure compliance with presentation and standards.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in car sales required.
  • Excellent communication skills, good listening ability, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer service orientation and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in French; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and availability to work according to proposed schedules.
  • Computer skills and experience with CRM tools or similar.
