Mechanic / Technician

Chevrolet Buick GMC of Valleyfield, a member of the Autoforce Group, is looking for auto technicians/auto mechanics or apprentices!

We are seeking mechanics of all experience levels to join us as apprentices, general mechanics, transmission specialists, engine specialists, or in other specialties!

Responsibilities:

• Identify causes of defects or malfunctions and verify diagnostics
• Repair or replace defective components or parts using manual or mechanical tools
• Test and adjust elements according to specifications to ensure proper operation
• Complete reports to record defects and work performed

Desired Profile:

• Professional experience in mechanics (automotive, heavy vehicles, or similar field)
• Valid Quebec driver's license
• Attention to quality work and strong observation skills
• Toolbox
• Bilingual
• Good physical condition
• DEP in automotive mechanics (an asset)
• Experience with GM vehicles (an asset)
• Parity committee skills card (CPA) (an asset)
