Financial Services Manager

We are seeking a Sales Director specialized in financing and insurance, in order to offer a complete and transparent purchasing experience to our customers.

Main responsibilities:

• Guide customers through the financing and insurance process by presenting the different options clearly and professionally.
• Prepare and finalize the documentation related to automotive transactions.
• Ensure all transactions comply with legal standards and internal policies.
• Achieve and exceed the sales targets for financial products and insurance.
• Establish and maintain a trusted relationship with customers to foster their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and management to optimize the vehicle delivery process.

Candidate profile:

• Previous experience as a Sales Director in the automotive field (minimum 2 years).
• In-depth knowledge of financial and insurance products related to the automotive sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Strong administrative rigor and attention to detail.
• Professional attitude, results-oriented and customer satisfaction-focused.
