Job Description
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions (new and used cars, warranties, services, and accessories).
- Present vehicles, conduct demonstrations, and coordinate test drives.
- Collaborate with the financing and insurance departments to provide comprehensive and personalized options.
- Follow up with customers after the sale, build customer loyalty, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Keep the sales area and customer files up to date in the CRM and optimize the in-store experience.
- Actively participate in promotional activities and local events.
Desired Profile
- At least 1 year of sales experience; experience in the automotive field is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer service orientation, and results-driven.
- Team spirit, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with computer tools and CRM systems.
- Bilingual in French and English is appreciated but not mandatory.
- Valid driver’s license; availability according to the established schedule.
