Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients courteously and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
- Manage incoming phone calls, filter requests, and direct clients to the relevant departments.
- Organize and coordinate appointments, ensuring effective follow-up with clients and internal staff.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized reception area, ensuring that all informational materials are up-to-date and accessible.
- Assist with various administrative and office tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, ideally in an automotive-related environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French, with a good command of English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive mindset and positive attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with computer tools and office software.
