Detailer / Car Washer

The St-Jean Group, based in the heart of Joliette, is looking for a passionate Detailer / Washer to join our dynamic team at Joliette Ford Lincoln. You will be one of the faces of our dealership, helping to create a positive and memorable first impression for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the washing and detailing of the exterior and interior of vehicles, maintaining high quality standards.
• Inspect vehicles to identify potential damages and report maintenance needs to your supervisors.
• Use appropriate aesthetic equipment and products effectively and safely.
• Establish a friendly and professional relationship with customers, providing them with an exceptional service experience.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient workshop operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive sector or vehicle aesthetics.
• Attention to detail and passion for quality work.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.
• Good communication skills, with a positive attitude towards customer service.
• Availability to work during dealership hours.
