Job description
The technical advisor of the mechanical center plays a central role in ensuring that customers receive high-quality service, that repairs are carried out efficiently, and that the workshop operates smoothly and organized. He is the primary point of contact between customers and the repair shop. He welcomes customers, listens to their concerns about their vehicles, and provides specialized technical advice.
