Parts helper/assistant - Grenier Chrysler Montreal-East

Grenier Chrysler Montreal-East is looking for a motivated parts clerk/assistant to join their dynamic team!

Main responsibilities:

• Take photos of vehicles for the website.
• Help upload photos to the website.
• Retrieve and deliver parts and materials to clients and suppliers.
• Greet customers at the parts counter professionally.
• Respond to technicians' requests by ensuring quick availability of needed parts.
• Search, identify, and order automotive parts as needed.
• Manage returns, exchanges, and warranty issues for parts.
• Assist in managing the parts inventory.
• Move vehicles.
• Assist with the customer shuttle service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license.
• In-depth knowledge of parts management systems and electronic catalogs (SERTI, Unato).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
