Do you enjoy fieldwork, customer relations, and challenging environments?

We are looking for a dynamic, autonomous, and result-oriented individual to fill the position of Road Sales Representative – Agricultural Products. You will play a key role in developing the customer base, mainly in the agricultural sector, while also supporting entrepreneurs, municipalities, and landowners with machinery and compact equipment needs.

Your role will involve developing your territory, meeting clients, understanding their needs well, and recommending suitable solutions. You will also be responsible for preparing and following up on quotes, making follow-up calls, conducting some negotiations, and providing thorough customer support before, during, and after the sale.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a professional, smooth, and efficient customer experience.

We are seeking a person with good sales experience, ideally in field sales or B2B environments. You stand out for your interpersonal skills, autonomy, listening skills, and rigor in follow-ups. Knowledge of the agricultural sector, machinery, or equipment is a significant asset. You should also be comfortable with basic computer tools, quoting, and regular travel.

We offer a competitive compensation package including a base salary plus commissions, with an annual potential between $60,000 and $125,000 depending on performance.
