Parts Clerk | Day Shift

You know the difference between a disc, a drum, and a battery… and it’s certainly not music we're talking about here. Passionate about the heavy truck universe, you enjoy quickly finding the right part and providing efficient and precise service to your customers.

Known for your resourcefulness, your organizational skills, and your expertise in heavy vehicle parts, you take pleasure in advising clients and contributing to the smooth operation of the business.

Coincidentally: our Laval branch is currently looking for a Parts Clerk to join its day team.

What you will do daily Advise internal and external customers in the search for parts; Respond to requests at the counter, by phone, and by email; Conduct searches in catalogs and computer systems; Assist with inventory management; Work closely with the service and operations departments.

What we are looking for Experience in heavy vehicle parts (a significant plus); Experience in bodywork (an asset); Excellent customer service skills; Organizational skills, autonomy, and quick execution; Ease of working in a team; Knowledge of computer systems related to parts and inventories.
