Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Accounting Clerk / Technician to join our team at Hawkesbury Cadillac Chevrolet Buick GMC. Within a collaborative and excellence-driven work environment, you will have the opportunity to utilize your accounting skills to contribute to the effective financial management of our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the accounting books, including journal entries and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit end-of-month reports and ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage customer and supplier accounts, including processing invoices and payments.
• Conduct financial analyses and participate in budget development.
• Collaborate with management to optimize financial processes and improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in accounting or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• Good proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
