Warranty Clerk

**Priority will be given to candidates with Chrysler warranty administration experience.

Gestion ClaimSafe Inc. is one of the fastest-growing warranty management companies in Canada, specializing exclusively in Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat, and Alfa Romeo dealerships.

We are looking for an experienced Warranty Clerk to join our remote team. This role is specifically for candidates with Chrysler dealership warranty administration experience.

This position is ideal for someone who already understands Chrysler warranty processes and wants flexibility, stability, and the opportunity to work in a professional, organized environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Submit and manage Chrysler manufacturer warranty claims accurately and on time
• Review repair orders and supporting documents for claim compliance
• Correct and resubmit rejected claims
• Follow up on pending approvals and outstanding claims
• Prepare Digital Imaging requests when required
• Maintain organized records and meet daily productivity targets
• Stay updated on Chrysler warranty policies and procedures Requirements

Minimum 1 year Chrysler dealership warranty administration experience required

Experience using DealerCONNECT and Chrysler claim systems

• Fluent spoken and written English and French
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
