Among your responsibilities, you will:

Promote and complete the sale of new and used vehicles in an appropriate, professional, and ethical manner, ensuring outstanding customer service.
Work diligently in a conscientious and methodical way.
Keep your knowledge up to date on Volkswagen products as well as its competitors and participate in all training courses.
Maintain a professional, positive, and winning attitude.
Follow up with each of your clients and keep your CRM tool updated.

Certain qualifications are required:

Sales and negotiation skills;
Knowledge of Volkswagen products is an asset;
Interpersonal and relationship skills;
Organizational skills, prioritization abilities, and attention to detail;
Ability to meet the needs of a diverse clientele;
Valid driver's license (class 5) with a good driving record.
