We are looking for a Technical Advisor for the Commercial Division to complete our team!
Job Description:
- Open work orders;
- Close work orders;
- Prepare appointments for the next day and manage the fleet of courtesy vehicles;
- Take calls and schedule appointments;
- Follow up on ordered parts;
- Understand and apply the manufacturer's warranty including prepaid maintenance plans;
- Make requests related to extended warranties;
- Manage multiple computer platforms.
Candidates who have worked in all types of positions within the automotive industry are welcome.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in the automotive field (any position);
- Passion for customer service (enjoy working with the public).
We offer a permanent position with a schedule of 5 days per week (Monday to Friday), with no weekends. The company provides work uniforms. Join a stable team within a rapidly expanding company.
Salary: starting at $75,000/year.
