Bodyshop Technician

ProColor Body Shop Ste-Agathe-des-Monts, a rapidly growing collision center located in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, QC, is seeking a passionate Dent Repair Technician to join its dynamic and professional team. In this role, you will help restore the integrity of vehicle bodies by applying the most effective dent repair techniques and ensuring high-quality work that satisfies our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform dent repair on vehicle metal surfaces using PDR methods and appropriate tools.
• Diagnose damages and determine the best approach to achieve optimal results, in collaboration with the repair and paint teams.
• Prepare surfaces and parts for subsequent restoration steps.
• Keep a clean, organized work area that complies with safety standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain traceability and quality of work performed, and report any elements requiring special attention.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in dent repair (PDR) or a related field.
• Good knowledge of dent repair techniques and tools.
• Attention to detail, precision, and developed manual dexterity.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and communicate clearly.
• Physical endurance and capacity to work standing for extended periods.
• Training in dent repair or associated certification is considered an asset.
