Detailer / Car Washer

CARSTAR Vaudreuil, located in Vaudreuil-Dorion, is seeking a Body Shop Esthetic and Wash Attendant to join their dynamic team.

Job Description You will ensure the cleanliness and aesthetic appearance of vehicles returned to our clients, paying attention to finish quality and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for starting a career in auto aesthetics, with on-site training and professional support.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean vehicles inside and out, according to CARSTAR standards.
• Apply aesthetic products and surface protectants (surface cleaning, plastic treatment, window cleaning, interior vacuuming, etc.).
• Prepare vehicles for repairs or reconditioning.
• Detect visible defects and communicate needs to the supervisor or technical team.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; adhere to hygiene and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure prompt, high-quality service.

Candidate Profile

• No experience required; training on-site and support provided.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills.
• Good physical condition and ability to stand for long periods; ability to handle light to moderate loads.
• Team player, good communication skills, and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in French; English is a plus.
• Professional attitude and customer service orientation.
