Key Responsibilities:

• Identify customer needs by asking relevant questions and offering suitable solutions.
• Manage parts orders and inventory, ensuring information accuracy.
• Process sales transactions and follow up on orders until delivery.
• Work closely with the service team and technicians to ensure smooth service.
• Participate in implementing marketing initiatives and promotions related to parts.

Required Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in automotive parts sales or a similar role.
• Knowledge of SERTI software is an asset.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
