Parts Clerk | Evening Shift

You know the difference between a disc, a drum, and a battery... and it's certainly not in music that we're speaking here. Passionate about the heavy truck universe, you enjoy quickly finding the right part and providing efficient and precise service to your customers.

Known for your resourcefulness, your organizational skills, and your expertise in heavy vehicle parts, you take pleasure in advising customers and contributing to the smooth operation of the business.

Good news: our Joliette branch is currently looking for a parts clerk to join its evening team.

What you will do daily

• Advise internal and external customers in their search for parts;
• Respond to inquiries at the counter, by phone, and via email;
• Conduct searches in catalogs and computer systems;
• Participate in inventory management;
• Collaborate closely with service and operations departments.

What we are looking for

• Experience in heavy vehicle parts (a significant asset);
• Experience in bodywork (an asset);
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Organizational skills, autonomy, and speed of execution;
• Ability to work well in a team;
• Knowledge of computer systems related to parts and inventory.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
