Job Description Fortier Ford, a new dealership of the GENX Group located in Montreal East, is seeking a passionate Parts Clerk and Sales Advisor who is enthusiastic about automobiles and customer service. You will contribute to providing an exceptional customer experience while ensuring the efficient management of parts and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs for parts and accessories
• Advise, suggest, and sell appropriate parts, generate quotes, and take orders
• Collaborate with the workshop and after-sales service to ensure delivery and installation of parts
• Manage the parts inventory, organize shelving, and track orders
• Place orders with suppliers and monitor delivery times
• Maximize sales opportunities and contribute to departmental objectives
• Participate in ongoing training and improve internal processes

Profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in auto parts sales or a similar customer service role
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service
• General knowledge of automotive parts and tools
• Ability to work in a team and thrive in a dynamic environment
• Rigor, organization, and attention to detail
• Availability for flexible hours depending on operational needs
