Kubota Montreal is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer service-oriented parts clerk.

The Position

The parts clerk actively participates in customer service, order management, and inventory maintenance. They contribute to providing quick, professional, and efficient service to customers and various departments within the company.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

Welcoming and serving customers at the counter, on the phone, and via email
Advising customers in finding parts and accessories
Selling parts and preparing price quotes
Searching for parts in electronic catalogs and computer systems
Ordering parts from authorized suppliers
Following up on orders and informing customers of delivery times
Receiving, verifying, and storing incoming parts
Helping maintain inventory accuracy
Collaborating with service and sales departments to meet their parts needs
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Performing any other related tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor

The Profile Sought

We are looking for someone known for their professionalism, organizational skills, and willingness to provide excellent service. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team while being able to manage priorities independently.

Bilingualism required
Experience in a parts department is a significant asset
Experience with Kubota, Hiab, or Moffatt products is an asset
Experience in the agricultural, industrial, or construction sectors is an asset
Knowledge of the IntelliDealer system is a significant asset
Good computer skills
Excellent customer service
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously
