Mechanic / Technician

We are seeking a Medium-Duty Mechanic / Technician to join Boisvert Chevrolet Buick GMC Corvette, located in Blainville, QC. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair medium-duty and utility vehicles in accordance with manufacturer procedures and our quality standards.
• Perform mechanical repairs, preventive maintenance, transmissions, braking systems, suspension, and electronic and electrical diagnostics.
• Work on GM vehicles and certified used vehicles, ensuring safety and reliability of interventions.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams, diagnostic codes, and technical bulletins.
• Plan, execute, and document interventions in the maintenance system and service records.
• Collaborate with the after-sales team to ensure an impeccable customer experience and meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive mechanics and medium-duty vehicles.
• Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) or equivalent in automotive mechanics; knowledge of modern diagnostic tools and software.
• Ability to read diagrams and technical manuals, strong attention to detail, and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent time management skills.
• Valid driver's license (class 5).
