F&I Assistant

Grenier BMW is currently seeking a F&I Assistant to join its team.
We are looking for an organized, energetic, passionate, resourceful person with excellent customer service skills who wishes to grow in a dynamic environment and build a long-term career in the luxury automotive industry.

Main responsibilities:

  • Prepare and assemble delivery files
  • Discount delivered files
  • Register vehicles with BMW Canada (RDR)
  • Handle vehicle registrations and administrative operations with the SAAQ system
  • Receive and assist clients with lease transfers and buyouts
  • Maintain strict administrative follow-up on files
  • Work closely with sales managers to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Meet certain clients as part of F&I operations
  • Cover for sales managers during vacations or busy periods if needed
  • Present and sell products and protections as required in F&I functions
  • Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction and sales performance objectives
  • Keep knowledge up to date on BMW programs, tools, and processes
  • Perform any other related tasks necessary for dealership operations
