Chief Financial Officer

Acura Montreal Centre is looking for a passionate, dynamic, and motivated Financial Services Manager to join a committed team. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and developing all activities related to the dealership's financial services, while ensuring a high-level customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aimed at increasing sales of financial products and services.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal company policies.
• Work closely with sales teams to identify and offer financing solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Train, supervise, and support staff in financial products and best sales practices.
• Analyze financial performance and prepare reports for management, including trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and partners to optimize financing offers.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of management or financial services experience, ideally in the automotive industry.
• Excellent knowledge of financial products and sales techniques.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated team spirit and ability to motivate, supervise, and develop talent.
