As a Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all after-sales and workshop operations.
• Managing the technical team to provide top-quality service to our customers.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and optimize departmental performance.
• Managing customer relations, ensuring proactive follow-up and efficient problem resolution.
• Working closely with the sales staff to maximize service opportunities.
• Controlling inventory and ensuring proper management of service resources.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• A minimum of 2 years of management experience in an automobile service environment.
• An in-depth knowledge of service operations, procedures, and Nissan products.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• A strong customer service mindset and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
