Financial Director - Mont-Royal Chevrolet

At Mont-Royal Chevrolet, we are looking for a Financial Director specialized in the used car department. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and developing all activities related to the dealership's financial services, while ensuring a high level of customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to increase sales of financial products and services.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal company policies.
• Work closely with the sales teams to identify and propose financing solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Train, supervise, and support staff regarding financial products and best sales practices.
• Analyze financial performance and produce reports for management, including trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and partners to optimize financing offers.

Qualifications Required:

• At least one year of experience in financial services or sales, ideally in the automotive industry.
• Excellent knowledge of financial products and sales techniques.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated team spirit and ability to motivate, coach, and develop talent.

Salary: Up to $130k depending on experience and performance.
