Mechanic / Technician

Repentigny Chevrolet Buick GMC Corvette, a dealership of new vehicles in Repentigny and a member of Tremblay Auto Group, is looking for an alignment specialist technician to join its dynamic team.

Job Description As a mechanic/specialized technician in alignment, you will ensure the proper alignment of vehicles according to manufacturer standards and contribute to the safety and performance of our customers' cars. You will work in a modern workshop and be involved in diagnostics, adjustments, and repairs related to the suspension and steering systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform precise alignments on Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC vehicles and follow up after repairs.
• Diagnose and correct faults in suspension, steering, and alignment systems.
• Use alignment machines and interpret data to suggest appropriate corrections.
• Recommend and perform necessary repairs or part replacements.
• Conduct safety checks and road tests after interventions.
• Maintain an organized work area and adhere to safety procedures and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the service team and other technicians to optimize turnaround times and customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive alignment required.
• Strong knowledge of suspension and steering systems and alignment procedures.
• Practical experience with alignment machines and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and diagnostic data.
• Team spirit, precision, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.
• Valid driver’s license; availability according to service needs.
