KPI Solutions Dealership is looking for a HR Expert – Consulting Services for Car Dealerships to support its clients in executing a variety of strategic and operational HR projects.

In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to dealership owners, general managers, and managers. You will help structure, improve, and support their HR practices by offering concrete solutions tailored to their field reality.

Potential assignments may include: recruitment, employer branding, onboarding, management coaching, HR policies, job descriptions, compliance, performance management, work environment, training, total compensation, retention, and support during periods of growth, change, or reorganization.

Profile sought: Relevant education in human resources, industrial relations, administration, or related field and/or significant experience in human resources; In-depth knowledge of how auto dealerships operate is mandatory; Experience in a HR consulting role is a significant asset; High level of autonomy, professional judgment, and organizational skills; Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills; Comfort in engaging with owners, executives, and managers; Customer-oriented approach, solution-focused, and results-driven; Availability for occasional travel to client locations.
