We are seeking a passionate and customer service-oriented Sales Advisor to join the team at 440 Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd., a community-minded dealership and member of Tremblay Auto Group. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, qualify their needs, and offer tailored solutions
  • Present, demonstrate and compare Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC models, and explain available options
  • Prepare and present quotes and financing or leasing proposals
  • Negotiate sales terms and close transactions while ensuring an impeccable customer experience
  • Provide after-sales follow-up, build customer loyalty, and develop long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with financing and service teams to optimize the customer journey
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and current promotions

Qualifications

  • One year of experience in sales or customer service required
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, strong customer service orientation
  • Team spirit, dynamism, negotiation ability, and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in French; English is an asset
  • Valid driver's license and availability for varied hours (weekends/evenings)
