Internal technical advisor

We are looking for an Internal Technical Advisor responsible for ensuring synergy between all departments. Your mission is to guarantee that each vehicle, new or used, meets the highest quality standards before delivery, while ensuring rigorous management of the courtesy fleet. • Oversee the entire preparation cycle (mechanical inspections, aesthetic reconditioning, and compliance checks) for the complete inventory.
• Conduct outgoing inspections and inventory of units in preparation to ensure error-free delivery that meets customer expectations.
• Issue and manage internal work orders for maintenance and preparation, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Act as the central point of contact among Sales, Service, Parts, and Financing to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Centralize and validate the accuracy of vehicle files (PDI, technical sheets, histories, warranties, and compliance certificates).
• Keep internal tools up to date, produce dashboards, and generate follow-up reports on stock progress.
• Detect operational discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions to optimize timelines and overall quality.
• Coordinate rental vehicle reservations, manage contracts, perform departure/return inspections, and schedule fleet maintenance.
• Ensure billing to the service department, collect payments, and conduct daily financial reconciliation. ** Profile sought:**
• At least one year of experience in operational or technical coordination within an automotive dealership.
• Excellent knowledge of preparation processes (PDI), compliance documentation, and management systems (DMS).
• Proven ability to handle multiple complex files simultaneously with an exemplary attention to detail.
• Strong team spirit and ability to communicate diplomatically with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency with computer tools and ability to produce accurate data reports.
• Fluent in French; functional English considered an asset.
