Tremblay Auto Group is seeking a passionate Financial Controller with a strong interest in the automotive industry to join our dynamic team. General Tasks:
- Monitor daily cash flow for the dealerships.
- Approve various bank transactions.
- Assist controllers at each dealership with their daily activities.
- Manage foreign exchange operations for USD transactions.
Specific Tasks:
- Supervise all management companies, including full accounting for each entity.
- Issue checks and oversee expenses.
- Maintain fiscal records for each company (estimated tax payments, GST-QST, etc.).
- Keep inter-company transactions up to date.
- Manage documentation for general insurance quotes and group insurance.
- Participate in negotiations for insurance rates.
- Assist controllers with their individual claims.
- Manage corporate credit cards.
- Establish and maintain relationships with tax authorities and participate in tax audit files in collaboration with controllers and the external accounting firm.
- Handle correspondence with our collections department as well as relations and requests with our banking institutions.
- Perform any other related tasks.
Required Education and Experience:
- CPA designation mandatory.
- At least 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
Compensation:
- To be discussed based on education and experience, with an annual range of $120,000 to $160,000.

- Full-time, Monday to Friday.
