Parts Manager

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Parts Manager to join our dynamic team at Repentigny Chevrolet Buick GMC. In this key role, you will be responsible for the effective management of our parts department, ensuring not only optimal supply of parts and accessories but also exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the parts department, including receiving, storing, and distributing automotive parts.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers to ensure fast and quality supply.
• Analyze sales trends and monitor stock levels to anticipate future needs and optimize inventory.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of technicians and parts specialists to ensure exemplary customer service.
• Collaborate closely with other departments, including after-sales service and sales, to ensure optimal synergy and unparalleled customer satisfaction.
• Implement sales strategies to promote parts and accessories to our clientele.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position within the automotive industry, with in-depth knowledge of parts and accessories.
• Strong ability to manage and develop a team while fostering a positive work environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and relevant computer tools.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions based on results.
