Subaru Métropolitain is looking for a passionate Parts Sales Associate eager to provide exceptional service to our customers in the automotive industry. In this key role, you will be the point of contact for our clients regarding parts and accessories, thereby contributing to their satisfaction and loyalty towards our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers with professionalism and courtesy, identifying their parts and accessory needs for their Subaru vehicle.
• Advise customers on available products, explaining the features, benefits, and options tailored to their vehicles.
• Manage parts orders, monitor inventory, and organize necessary deliveries.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth communication, to provide a superior customer experience.
• Participate in regular inventory and implement initiatives to optimize storage and management of parts.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience of at least one year in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, particularly Subaru vehicles, is an asset.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while being an integral part of a dynamic team.
