Driver - Porter

We are seeking an experienced Driver – Valet to join Land Rover Brossard. Working in Brossard, you will contribute to offering a premium and seamless customer experience around Range Rover, Defender, and Discovery vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and direct them courteously, ensuring an impeccable customer experience.
• Drive, maneuver, and park vehicles carefully and professionally; facilitate test drives and transfers between dealership zones.
• Quickly check the condition of vehicles before departure and after return (cleanliness, visual levels, minor anomalies), and relay any remarks to the relevant department.
• Keep parking areas and waiting zones clean and organized; ensure vehicles are neatly presented at all times.
• Assist clients with loading/unloading light objects and deploying equipment related to the purchase or service experience.
• Collaborate with Service and Sales teams to ensure a consistent and safe customer experience.
• Strictly adhere to safety policies, confidentiality, and Land Rover brand standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (driver, valet, customer service), ideally in the automotive sector.
• Valid driving license and good driving record; strong sense of road safety and traffic rules.
• Excellent presentation and customer service skills; ability to communicate clearly in French and, ideally, in English.
• Availability to work during weekdays; flexibility based on dealership operational needs.
• Ability to stay standing for long periods and perform light physical tasks (handling luggage or equipment).
• Team spirit, reliability, discretion, and attention to detail; ability to quickly adapt in a premium environment.
• Basic knowledge of quick vehicle maintenance and inspection will be an asset.
