Job description

At Mauricie Toyota, we are seeking a Follow-Up Specialist based in Shawinigan, QC, to support our commitment to an exceptional customer experience throughout the purchase and after-sales cycle. You will help optimize prospect and customer follow-up, accelerate decision-making, and ensure smooth communication between the sales, financing, and service teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Take ownership of inbound and outbound lead follow-ups and schedule structured follow-ups.
  • Make follow-up calls and messages after visits, test drives, financing quotes, or information requests.
  • Collaborate with the sales and financing teams to promote offers and increase the conversion rate.
  • Manage and update the CRM and tracking tools, ensuring complete traceability of actions.
  • Schedule service appointment reminders and follow up with customers for recommended maintenance.
  • Monitor performance indicators (response rate, follow-up times, conversion rate) and prepare reports.
  • Provide a quality welcome and customer service during interactions and direct customers to the appropriate resources.
  • Participate in targeted follow-up campaigns in compliance with company procedures and standards.

Qualifications required

  • Required experience: at least 1 year in customer follow-up, customer service, telemarketing or a similar role; experience in an automobile dealership is an asset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French; listening and diplomacy.
  • Proficiency with common computer tools and a CRM; ability to quickly learn internal systems.
  • Team spirit, organization, autonomy and results orientation.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment and maintain quality customer service.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) considered an asset.
