As part of our West Montréal dealership, we are seeking a Sales Advisor to join our dynamic and dedicated team.
Role
As a Sales Advisor, you are the ambassador of the Lamborghini experience. You guide our clients through their purchasing journey of an exceptional vehicle, provide personalized service, and contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining the brand's standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients passionate about prestige cars.
- Greet visitors, conduct demonstrations, and arrange test drives when required.
- Understand clients' needs, present ranges and options, and propose tailored financing solutions.
- Manage the sales cycle from A to Z and ensure exemplary customer follow-up.
- Work closely with technicians and experienced advisors to deliver a first-class customer experience.
- Participate in events, demonstrations and training with opportunities for international travel.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while upholding ethical standards and customer service.
- Maintain accurate documentation of transactions and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Participate in ongoing training and stay informed about Lamborghini's latest developments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally in prestige automotive or luxury.
- Excellent communication skills, active listening and negotiation.
- Fluency in French; English is an asset; any other language is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships.
- Willingness to travel outside the country for training and events.
- Valid driver’s license and comfort with CRM tools and sales processes.
